i was minding my own business swimming around in aquatic park on sunday. And guess who i run into in the water? Sergey, in his best wetsuited regalia, getting his first open water lesson from Pedro's gang!

Flipper and Rokky's Alcatraz attempt
Flippy and Rokky had tough conditions on V-day Alcatraz attempt: 45-48 degree water temp and a very strong ebb forced them to be plucked off the water. Kudos for being brave and knowing when to quit.
Here is a video of them jumping off the Love Boat.

One Hour Postal Swim
Quick re-cap for the record:
Ariel: 2630 meters: Most consistent intervals with nice powerful kicks. She blames the song in her head for not letting her swim faster. Whatever happened to good old "i started out too fast" excuse that Rick taught us!
Rokky: 2625 meters: Smoking the lane lately after smoking some coca leaves in Peru.
Bubbles: 2625 meters: Good enough to please Tim, but Rick wants 3000 next year.
Valiant Flipper timed Rokky at oh-so-early in the morning in spite of a running nose and fever.
